Kohleria Clytie and some other buds
Today I put some of my achimenes on wick watering because it is so hot these days.I also took some new photos and play on muzi.com to make photo collages. It’s so funny !

Ignoring the winter
The weather is awful, snowstorm and very low temperatures, my plants are not feeling happy these days but some mini sinningias keep on blooming like they don’t care about the winter outside.
Sinningia Country Bumpkin
Country Bumpkin (Belisle) – Upper two lobes purple, lower lobes white with purple dots or white blossom/purple dots coming from the yellow throat (this plant has two different blossom on same plant).
Country shortcake vs. Freckle puss
I just took a photo to compare the size, colors and pattern of these two mini sinningias. 🙂 And other photos of Country Shortcake’s evolution from bud to bloom:

This lovely mini sinningia just bloomed the first time for me, the pink petals having pale or stronger shades. I guess the photos can describe better their beauty !
December’s little gifts

Second blooming
Sinningia Country Shortcake bloomed for the second time, the flower has different colors now and a double petal in the center.This photo is better than the one in previous post.

…it bloomed but my photos are not so great, I choose only one for posting here. Hope to do more on daylight to catch the real colors. Isn’t she a beauty ?
